Let The Music Do The Talking

I've been up to alot lately. I joined Parents Without Partners. Saturday was our Christmas party. Last Sunday I went and saw the Nutcraker for the first time. It was beautiful.
Work has been alot easier this year. I'm only a couple of blocks from home and so I can get there in no time.
My little one is doing well. She's in the Challenge group for math because she scores so high in that subject. That fact amazes me since math was my worst subject in Elementry school. She must have gotten those skills from her Gramps. Speaking of, my dad fell 14 feet off a ladder in Sept and broke his tailbone. He's doing better now, tells everyone he broke his butt.
I'm currently on vacation from work. Saturday I'm flying out to pick up my little one and then we are going to spend time with Granna and Gramps. I got my little one a Disney Mix Max player for Christmas. I think it's really neat, except they need to make a car charger for it. I'm thinking the ipod one might work though.
My secret santa at work gave me a $20 mall gift certificate. I used it to buy "Night in the Ruts" and "Done with Mirrors" on vinyl at Krazy Days! I love records. There's just something about them. Part of it is the amazing cover art.
Last night I went to the $1.00 theater and saw "The Illusionist". I thought it was fantastic. On Friday I'm thinking of going to see "The Prestige" which will be at the $1.00 theater then. It's supose to be really good.
